About Cristina Vasiu
Cristina Vasiu was born in Deva, Hunedoara County on April 19, 1992. Her talent for music was discovered in her childhood by the kindergarten teacher, who recommended her mother to exploit the "ear" of musical ear, which developed from the first years. of life. At the age of 7 he began to study singing and music theory, simultaneously with violin and piano lessons. He had his first contact with the stage in kindergarten, when he participated in the show-contest "Tip Top MiniTop". As a teenager, things took off and he began to participate in national and international music festivals, being considered by specialists as one of the best voices of the young generation.
The artist got in touch with the music industry through collaborations with the band Provincialii (2010 - the album “Ochi de velvet”) and with DJ Sava (2010 - the single “2.2 Story”).
In 2011, he participated in the first edition of the show Vocea României, where he was part of Horia Brenciu's team, where he reached the semifinals. After this experience, he gave four evenings of concert, at the Palace Hall, in the show "Horia Brenciu - I do what my heart tells me".
In 2012, he started collaborating with several Romanian composers. The artist released two singles: "Love me" - composed and produced by Groove Box, "Fell Ya" - a collaboration with J Yolo, single produced by Full Boss Production and DJ Sava.
Her first video is "I can't forget", and for the musical production, the artist collaborated with Mihai Ristea, Alex Cotoi and Mika Moupondo, the latter also having the rap part of the song. At the beginning of 2015, he participated in the Eurovision National Team, with the song "Nowhere".
